A $25.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit helps us reduce missed appointments, which take up valuable time and limit availability for other patients who need care. BMAC and PRP procedures require a $500 non-refundable deposit.

The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your booking deposit will be used as your cancellation fee.
